Job summary

Topgolf in Thornton, CO is seeking a friendly Guest Service Host to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience across bays. You will support bay setup, explain Topgolf technology, and uphold safety standards.

You will collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate Topgolf values, and help create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for guests during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
