Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Guest Service Associate at our West Chester, PA venue. You will welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and share information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.

You will help guests with golf clubs and equipment, keep the venue clean and organized, and assist in the retail area. You will respond promptly to inquiries and demonstrate games while ensuring safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
