Job summary

Topgolf Huntsville is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and explain venue games, promotions, and safety guidelines.

You will help guests with golf clubs, maintain a clean, organized venue, assist with retail items, and respond to inquiries quickly while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
