Job summary

Topgolf in Utah is seeking a guest-focused hospitality team member to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a welcoming bay experience. You will help with bay setup, deliver food and beverages, and use Topgolf technology to assist guests.

The role requires a strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Topgolf values fun, teamwork, excellence, and caring.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to bays and share Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain bay cleanliness and organize bays, clear tables, and collect balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and Topgolf technology usage.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
