The CSL will strengthen agency relationships, identify opportunities, lead strategic pursuits, and coordinate teams to deliver mobility, safety, and sustainability projects.

This role focuses on building trusted partnerships, guiding pursuits, and expanding our local market presence through collaboration with agencies, municipalities, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years related experience preferred or equivalent directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and sales efforts across the Bay Area transportation market.
• Build relationships with transportation agencies, municipalities, and industry partners.
• Create client-specific growth strategies translating market insight into opportunities.
• Lead capture plans, proposals, and presentations with project managers and technical teams.
• Represent CDM Smith in transportation organizations and client-facing forums.
• Champion exceptional client service and successful project delivery.
