Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a confident Sales Development Representative to join the Phoenix region. You will be trained in a hands-on program, start in the field, and rotate to Boston for additional training before returning home to drive regional sales.

You will qualify prospects, conduct outreach via calls and emails, manage leads in CRM, and collaborate with a dedicated Business Development Manager to hit targets. A BS/BA and strong communication abilities are required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies.
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers and target markets.
• Use cold calls, email campaigns, and social media to open new doors.
• Manage leads by setting appointments and following up.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Team to reach sales targets.
• Learn and use sales tools to secure meetings with prospects.
