Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, seeks a Technical Services Representative for our San Leandro, CA office. The role supports sales and technical services teams, delivering efficient and accurate customer interactions and handling administrative tasks across bids, invoicing, and paperwork.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Environmental Science or related field, strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobs with customers and prepare paperwork for trucking and weights.
• Create and distribute invoices with quotes for services (lab packs, lab moves, etc.).
• Field incoming calls from customers and address needs with available information or route to appropriate person.
• Assist Sales and Technical Services with bids, proposals, and quotations.
• Support Sales team with administrative tasks, including customized waste profiling and shipment reports.
• Organize and maintain job folders and customer master files for costing.
• Provide Quality Control via post-service customer surveys.
• Attend sales and other required meetings; provide technical support to Sales and customers.
• Assist with OSS, lab pack, and other job folders approvals.
• Order and maintain office supplies; track budget items.
• All other duties as assigned.
