Job summary

Olympus Controls is seeking a technically curious Physical AI and Robotics Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Bay Area across robotics, AI, and automation for high-tech industries.

This customer-facing role combines technical credibility with sales drive, including hands-on demos, proof-of-concept work, and collaborative project development with suppliers and customers. The position emphasizes robotics, machine vision, and automation technologies in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent hands-on robotics experience.
• 2-5+ years in robotics, automation, or technical sales with customer-facing roles.
• Experience with collaborative robots, machine vision, sensing, and motion control advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow robotics and physical AI opportunities across the Bay Area.
• Work with Sales Engineers and customers to advance complex robotics projects from discovery to close.
• Develop and deliver demos, proofs-of-concept, and application mockups with robotics and vision tech.
• Coordinate with suppliers to configure and position automation solutions.
• Stay current on robotics trends, ROS, AI-enabled automation, and industrial protocols.
