Rust Automation and Controls seeks an Outside Sales Engineer to support and grow the Bay Area territory, including Concord, Fairfield, and Napa. The role focuses on selling product specialties, working with internal teams and partners, and directly with end users.

You will travel within the territory and operate remotely from your home base. You will learn all product solutions, grow revenue and gross margin, and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive planning and clear

Competenze

• 2–3 years of industrial sales experience or a technical degree.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Learn and promote Rust products and solutions within the Bay Area.
• Grow territory sales and gross margin by expanding existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and manufacturing partners on quotations.
• Conduct joint calls and site visits to understand client needs.
• Maintain CRM data for accounts, opportunities, and projects.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and partners.
