Job summary

Teklysium Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead multi-family residential site development and handover efforts in the San Jose area.

You will oversee subcontractors, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety requirements. The role requires strong plan-reading skills, CA regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-family residential construction experience.
• Ability to read civil, architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Knowledge of California building codes, Cal/OSHA, and SWPPP.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage site development and home construction to meet quality, budget, and schedule goals.
• Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, daily site activities, and work quality.
• Track project progress, schedules, budgets, and costs.
• Coordinate meetings, inspections, permits, and building code compliance.
• Enforce job site safety, Cal/OSHA, and SWPPP requirements.
• Coordinate with Development, Design, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Relations teams.
• Conduct quality checks, manage punch lists, and support home handover and warranty items.
• Maintain daily logs, photos, inspection records, and progress reports.
