Sound Solution Group seeks an ambitious sales professional to expand acoustic solutions across the Bay Area. You will work with architects, designers, contractors, and facility owners to identify opportunities and close projects, while autonomously managing your territory in coordination with our internal design, estimating, and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in outside sales for commercial/construction markets, strong integrity, and a proven ability to work independently yet

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales in commercial products or construction solutions.
• Strong integrity, work ethic, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as a team.
• Reliable vehicle and a home office setup.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business with architects, designers, contractors, and facility owners across the Bay Area.
• Identify opportunities, present tailored acoustic solutions, and convert projects from inquiry to close.
• Manage your territory independently while collaborating with our internal team on design, estimating, and project delivery.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
