Job summary

Avalore seeks a senior Battlespace Awareness advisor to provide direct counsel to senior leadership and help manage the BA Portfolio within USW(I&S).

You will review ISR and environmental systems across DoW/IC, develop data analytics and dashboards, draft formal positions and briefs, and ensure OSW policy compliance.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, TS/SCI clearance, and 10 years of related DoD/IC experience, offering impact on policy, programs, and resourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 10+ years in DoW/IC with battlespace awareness programs.
• 10+ years with DoW requirements process and defense acquisition.
• 5+ years in DoD PPBE process, policy, oversight/guidance, and resourcing.
• Strong communication and self-starter attitude.
• Proficiency in English.
• MS Office proficiency.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide Battlespace Awareness expertise to senior leadership.
• Review ISR and environmental systems across DoW/IC.
• Produce deliverables: guidance, data strategies, assessment criteria.
• Analyze large data sets and develop analytics and visualizations.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards for capability decisions.
• Draft briefs, memos, and OSW staff packages per policy.
• Manage electronic file management across systems (NIPR/SIPR/JWICs).
• Other duties as assigned.
