Job summary

Avalore is seeking a senior ISR policy and program analyst to provide high-level airborne or space ISR expertise and direct counsel to senior leadership on multi-intelligence capabilities. The role includes shaping DoD/IC testimony, budget responses, congressional interactions, and strategic guidance for space ISR programs.

A TS/SCI clearance is required, with ongoing national-security-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5 years of experience supporting airborne or space ISR programs within the DoD.
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings and staff packages for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level airborne or space ISR expertise and counsel to senior leadership on DoD/IC issues.
• Deliver national security recommendations to facilitate government direction and oversight.
• Draft testimony, responses to congressionally directed actions, and budget-related documents.
• Represent client positions in ISR requirements and programming efforts.
• Conduct research, draft briefs, and prepare senior-level memoranda and letters.
