Job summary

Avalore.ai is seeking a highly qualified professional to support airborne and space ISR programs within the DoD and IC. The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and 5+ years of ISR experience, plus strong DoD/IC process knowledge and executive briefing skills.

You will advise senior leaders, draft official documents, and participate in PPBE activities. A Bachelor's degree and full-time US work authorization are required; favorable candidates bring MS Office proficiency and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience supporting airborne/space ISR programs within the DoW (5+ years).
• Experience with DoD/IC staff-level processes (PPBE, requirements, programming, or budget).
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings or staff packages for senior leadership.
• Strong communication and self-starter mindset; professional English proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level airborne/space ISR expertise and counsel to senior leadership on multi-intelligence issues.
• Offer national security recommendations for space ISR programs and DoW/IC oversight.
• Guide DoW customers in Congress interactions; assist drafting testimony and responses to Congress actions.
• Represent client positions in ISR requirements and program studies including assessments and DoW/IC analyses.
• Conduct technical reviews, research, and draft formal positions; prepare briefs and memoranda.
• Prepare background materials for space ISR policies and PPBE-related activities.
• Support the Airborne and Space ISR team during PPBE processes and focus team participation.
• Manage electronic file systems (NIPR, SIPR, JWICs) per NARA rules.
