Job summary

Avalore seeks a skilled professional to provide Battlespace Awareness expertise and direct counsel to senior leadership for managing the BA Portfolio in support of USW(I&S).

The role requires a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of experience in battlespace awareness within the DoD. Strong English communication and MS Office proficiency are essential; occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years supporting battlespace awareness programs within the DoW.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Battlespace Awareness expertise and counsel to senior leadership to support USW(I&S) in BA Portfolio management.
• Review and evaluate ISR and environmental systems, processes and programs to optimize BA Portfolio for operational needs.
• Produce deliverables including guidance for initial binning, data collection strategies, and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze large data sets and develop data analytics and visualization tools to inform assessments and decisions.
• Develop and maintain data-analytic dashboards for timely capabilities-based decisions across portfolios and agencies.
• Draft formal positions and briefs, ensuring compliance with OSW policies.
• Manage electronic file management across systems to meet regulatory retention requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
