Job summary

SAIC is seeking a cleared Systems Engineer to advise on Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations (BAIO) Programs within PEO C4I. The role centers on planning, implementation, and management with senior government stakeholders.

The candidate will analyze requirements, support MBSE and Digital Engineering, and provide guidance on IO architectures for both manned and unmanned platforms, interfacing with leadership and delivering technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Math with 14+ years experience; Master’s with 12+ years acceptable.
• TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Analyze required system capabilities and define integration challenges.
• Collaborate with Functional Team Lead to assess requirements and design IO solutions.
• Conduct system architecture design, testing, and cyber certification activities.
• Provide systems engineering support for Information Operations and policy development.
• Interface with program leadership and control interface requirements to reduce costs.
