Qualifications

• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle development.
• Experience in multidisciplinary integration, preferably in power electronics or battery systems.
• Proficiency with modeling and documentation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, SysML) for system architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication bridging technical domains and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage system-level requirements, specs, and interface documents.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and firmware teams to meet performance targets.
• Lead system-level validation and integration testing with safety and reliability focus.
• Perform trade-off analyses to optimize performance, cost and manufacturability.
• Decompose requirements from system to component level ensuring traceability.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement engineering solutions.
• Ensure traceability from system down to components.
