Qualifications

8+ years of electrical/electromechanical product development experience (battery, energy storage, industrial equipment, or automotive preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.

Responsibilities

Own technical direction and design reviews for the electrical workstream.
Translate system requirements into electrical architecture, components, interfaces, and verification requirements.
Lead lower-cost alternative selection for switches, sensors, and electrical isolation components.
Assess impacts to PCBA interfaces, controls, diagnostics, harnesses, BOMs, and system performance.
Coordinate with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, supply-chain, and validation teams.
Review nearshore deliverables and ensure release-quality documentation.
