Qualifications
- 7+ years of systems engineering experience in deep-tech industries.
- Breadth across electrical, thermal, software, and electrochemical hardware.
- Proven track record managing hardware requirements from concept to scale-up.
- Experience with DFMEA and risk assessment.
- Strong leadership to align cross-functional teams on trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Lead system-level architecture for multi-day iron-air battery storage.
- Define requirements and manage traceability in a requirements tool.
- Perform MBSE modeling, FMEA, and hazard analyses.
- Coordinate testing and integration with electrochemical, mechanical, and controls teams.
- Drive system maturity assessments and risk mitigation.
