Qualifications

• Experience in multidisciplinary integration, preferably with power electronics or battery systems.
• Proficiency with electrical battery systems.
• Proficiency with modeling/documentation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and SysML.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage system-level requirements, specifications, and interfaces for core battery system architecture.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and firmware teams to ensure integrated designs meet targets.
• Lead system validation and integration testing with plans for safety and reliability.
• Perform trade-offs to optimize performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and decompose requirements from system to component level.
