Overland Contracting Inc, a Black & Veatch company, is seeking a Site Manager to lead the battery energy storage construction on a Georgia project. You will oversee on-site execution, safety, scheduling, cost control, and commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and owner requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction management on similar projects and 8+ years at superintendent level or higher on large projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management on similar projects.
• 8+ years with 3 years at superintendent level or above on large projects.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, MVR).

Mansioni

• Update and complete the Construction Execution Plan.
• Direct overall construction effort, including coordination of erection activities and subcontractors.
• Coordinate field execution for battery energy storage system components.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and quality performance.
• Lead site management team and ensure safety and quality programs are followed.
• Oversee commissioning and testing plans and staff resources for turnover.
