Black & Veatch is seeking a Construction Manager for a Battery Energy Storage System project in Georgia. In this field-based role, you will lead site construction teams, coordinate with the Project Field Manager, and work with clients, subcontractors and craft professionals to deliver on schedule, safety, cost, and quality while traveling to project sites.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years of construction supervision, a degree in construction or engineering, OSHA training, and strong

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering required.
• 10+ years of construction supervisory experience required.
• OSHA Training.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams to deliver Substation and BESS construction safely.
• Develop staffing plans, cost estimates, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate schedule execution, safety and quality on site.
• Collaborate with EH&S to implement safety programs for battery storage.
• Support recruitment for craft and field leadership roles.
