Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Project Manager to lead battery storage projects in the Americas. You will partner with engineering, procurement and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

This role reports to the Director, Project Management Americas and requires strong leadership in a global, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience with P&L, PMP a plus, and is willing to travel ~30%.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed and global organization.
• Willingness to travel ~30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for battery storage projects with engineering teams.
• Guide project planning and interface with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation and business admin.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales and senior management to meet lifecycle deliverables.
• Contribute to business improvement projects and document changes to plans.
