Qualifications

• Familiarity with renewable energy systems and grid storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site resource staff, including employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on BESS equipment.
• Create and schedule work orders; manage workload for direct reports.
• Mentor junior team members on complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, and CPR certifications.
• Ensure safe lock out tag out procedures and timely task completion.
• Travel up to 50-80% within assigned region; communicate delays early.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with project objectives and report outcomes.
