Job summary

Fluence Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead battery storage projects in the Americas. You will partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage projects with P&L responsibility in a global context. Travel and ongoing process improvements are expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in an engineering discipline is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management with P&L responsibility.
• Leadership and ability to work in a matrixed and global organization.
• PMP certification is a plus; Six Sigma/LEAN experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for battery storage projects in Fluence’s Americas organization.
• Provide leadership in project planning and interface with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning, and administration.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales and senior management to meet full life cycle deliverables.
• Document and communicate initial project plans and changes to the team.
• Lead project implementation until completion and transfer to Fluence service.
