Navitas Resourcing Group is seeking an Origination Manager to own the full origination lifecycle in ERCOT, with scope to support expansion into SPP, CAISO and NYISO.

The senior role centers on building relationships with asset owners, developers and counterparties, guiding market entry strategies and collaborating with trading and analytics to shape revenue‑optimised products for battery storage and renewables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in origination, business development, or power trading in US wholesale energy markets.
• Day Ahead Power trading exposure essential with understanding of price formation and revenue stacking.
• Strong working knowledge of ISOs (e.g., ERCOT, CAISO, NYISO, SPP).
• Experience with battery storage, renewables, or demand response is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full origination lifecycle within ERCOT, from opportunity identification through deal structuring and execution
• Build and manage relationships with asset owners, developers, and counterparties across the power markets
• Support market entry strategy and commercial groundwork as the business expands into additional ISOs/RTOs
• Collaborate with trading and analytics teams to develop and refine commercial products, including revenue optimisation and offtake structures
• Provide market intelligence and commercial input into new product development
