Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction supervisory experience.
• OSHA training and ability to complete onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction teams to safely deliver Substation and Battery Energy Storage System work.
• Coordinate schedule, cost, safety, quality, and staffing with project teams and clients.
• Develop staffing plans, monitor progress, review timesheets and payment requests.
