TechStar Group in the United States seeks a senior project professional to define and report KPIs and milestones using the Battery Master Operation Plan. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to meet milestones for new model launches.

The role requires 5+ years in project-related work, ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally, and strong proficiency with MS Office. Collaboration across divisions and vendors is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a project-related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience managing capital investments > $0.5M.
• Experience setting, visualizing, and reporting KPIs to senior leadership.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed schedules with milestones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Domestic and international travel up to 10%.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate new model launch activities across divisions and with international teams.
• Define and report overall project KPIs and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop strategies for achieving milestones.
• Support pre-production trial activities, including scheduling and KPI setup.
• Contribute to standardization and documentation of processes and job instructions.
