GDI in Rochester, NY seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, tracking, and reporting for Li-ion battery development projects and manufacturing readiness. You will engage with federal/state partners, proposals, and regulatory initiatives to advance opportunities.

The role includes managing project life cycles from concept to NPI, coordinating with leaders, and ensuring on-time delivery. US work authorization and willingness to travel up to 10% are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required. PMP preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing business and R&D projects (Extensive project management experience).
• Experience managing key stakeholders including high-level customers and investors.
• Experience in delivering projects into manufacturing environments.
• Ability to implement innovative and flexible project management methodologies.
• Professional proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Experience developing and creating project proposals.
• Experience using project management software.

Responsabilidades

• Work with internal stakeholder teams to create project management plans and schedules.
• Oversee execution of full product development life cycles up to NPI.
• Identify and manage project risk and track progress against budgets.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage internal/external stakeholders.
• Technical project/proposal writing.
