Kyyba is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate launch activities for a new model, working with Engineers, PM, Construction, Purchasing, and Battery Manufacturing to plan and execute milestones on time. This role requires strong KPI reporting, detailed scheduling, and cross‑functional problem solving, with international coordination including Japan.

Travel up to 10%, and occasional after‑hours meetings may be needed during project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or 5+ years equivalent professional work experience in a Project related role.
• Project management experience dealing with capital investments greater than $0.5M.
• Experience setting, managing, visualizing, and reporting KPIs, including reporting directly to Senior/Executive level leadership.
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed schedules including milestone achievement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods as needed, 25%.
• Ability to support evening meetings with Japan as needed.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate in a large corporate structure to develop and execute strategies for new model launch.
• Coordinate new model launch activities between divisions and companies (domestic and international).
• Problem solve issues impacting project or launch execution and share countermeasures.
• Define and report KPIs and milestones using the Battery Master OP and standardize reporting.
• Contribute to department and jobway standardization and develop detailed job instruction documentation.
• Support construction activity, including building prep milestones and coordination with Facilities.
• Coordinate pre-production trial activity including trial parts orders and KPI management.
• Complete internal and external training and support ad-hoc cross-functional projects.
