Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with electrification assembly line/high voltage/battery manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 or IATF16949.
• Complete required training within a set period.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Meet takt and cycle time, throughput expectations, and standard work.
• Apply waste-reduction practices to support OEE and FTY.
• Participate in PFMEA and work instruction reviews.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce scrap and costs; maintain a safe environment.
• Follow SOPs and documented processes for tasks.
• Participate in safety activities and contribute ideas for 6S/ergonomics.
• Complete safety training and comply with PPE requirements.
• Support weekend and off-shift work as needed.
• Adhere to regulations and company policies.
