Job summary

Gotion, Inc. is expanding its Manteno, IL facility and seeks a Cell Line Production Associate for the 3rd shift. You will assemble battery packs, perform inspections, and operate production equipment, contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient pilot line environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic tools handling, and adherence to safety and 5S principles. Occasional travel to training and related tasks may occur.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery packs and related components with precision.
• Perform quality inspections and spot checks to maintain standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance.
• Contribute to a clean and organized workspace according to 5S principles.
• Utilize tightness testing equipment to ensure product integrity.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of materials and waste disposal.
• Follow MSDS and emergency response procedures.
