Job summary

American Battery Solutions in Springboro, OH is seeking a HV Process Technician to perform hands-on assembly, debugging, and maintenance of manufacturing process equipment. You will support TPM and continuous improvement while ensuring safe, reliable production lines.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and ability to read schematics; occasional travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or related field preferred; HV/electrical background a plus.
• Minimum of three years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ABS manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and prints.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build products to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor dispensing of materials and line clearances.
• Maintain machine uptime; clear faults and stoppages.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and safety concerns.
• Use HMIs to identify alarms and correct line stoppages.
• Perform preventive maintenance and TPM activities.
