Responsibilities

• Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Complete safety training and comply with PPE requirements.
• Learn takt, cycle time, throughput expectations, and standard work.
• Follow SOPs and documented processes for tasks or stations.
• Reduce rework and scrap through understanding quality requirements.
• Participate in safety activities and 6S/ergonomics improvements.
• Meet schedule, attendance, and punctuality expectations.
• Support weekend and off-shift work as required.
• Adhere to regulations and company policies.
