Job summary

Gotion Inc. Manteno, IL is seeking a Production Associate to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will help assemble battery packs, conduct quality inspections, and operate and maintain production equipment.

We value safety, 5S organization, and teamwork. The role is 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) with a $1.00 per hour night shift premium; relocation not offered; foreign national sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical skills and tool use essential.
• Able to follow safety procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery packs with precision.
• Perform quality inspections and spot checks.
• Operate and maintain production equipment.
• Maintain 5S in workspace.
• Use tightness testing equipment to verify product.
• Follow safety procedures and MSDS.
• Adhere to emergency response protocols.
