This role emphasizes learning takt, cycle times, and continuous improvement while maintaining clean work areas. You should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic problem-solving for troubleshooting in production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Complete safety training and PPE compliance.
• Learn takt and cycle time, throughput expectations, and standard work.
• Follow SOPs and documented processes for tasks.
• Reduce rework and scrap through quality awareness.
• Participate in safety activities and 6S/ergonomics improvements.
• Meet schedule, attendance, and punctuality expectations.
