Job summary

American Lithium Energy Corporation in Vista, California is seeking a Battery Pack Assembly Operations Manager to lead daily pack assembly operations, drive production schedules, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

You will own pack manufacturing processes, lead NPI/industrialization, capacity planning, and develop people and equipment to support growth while maintaining AS9100D compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
8+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in battery module/pack leadership.
Experience leading pack assembly, NPI/industrialization, ramp, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Lead daily battery pack assembly operations and execute production schedules to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets.
Own pack manufacturing processes including cell prep, module/pack assembly, busbar, welding, torque-controlled assembly, BMS integration, thermal management, enclosure assembly, labeling, and final assembly.
Lead NPI/industrialization from prototype to production ramp; support PFMEA, Control Plans, and work instructions.
