Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct battery testing experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on with battery cyclers, thermal chambers, data acquisition, and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily battery production testing operations and technicians, assign priorities and resources, and execute testing schedules to meet commitments.
• Work with customers, R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to collect and standardize test requirements.
• Develop and maintain test programs, procedures, SOPs, and pass/fail criteria.
• Oversee safe execution of electrical, performance, cycle-life, and environmental testing with lab equipment.
• Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and timely reporting; investigate abnormal results.
• Own testing equipment readiness and maintenance; coordinate calibration and upgrades.
