Job summary

American Lithium Energy Corporation in Vista, CA is seeking a Battery Pack Assembly Technician to build lithium-ion battery modules and packs according to approved drawings, travelers, and safety rules.

You will perform soldering, crimping, inspection, ensure traceability, and support 5S and continuous improvement in a regulated AS9100D environment. This is an in-person role with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow written work instructions, drawings and BOMs in English.
• Attention to detail and safe handling of small components and tools.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain reliable attendance in a production schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery modules and packs using approved tools, fixtures, and drawings.
• Install cells, busbars, BMS components, wiring, connectors, and safety hardware.
• Perform soldering, crimping, sealing, welding, and torque-controlled fastening after training.
• Verify material identity, lot/serial numbers, and process compliance.
• Record test results and escalate failures or abnormalities in real time.
• Complete travelers, records, and traceability documentation accurately.
