Job summary

American Lithium Energy Corporation is seeking a Production & Operations leader to manage day-to-day activities across Megaline production areas, including electrode fabrication, cell assembly, formation, aging, testing, and final processing. You will drive safety, quality, yield and OEE improvements while managing cross-functional teams across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, strong leadership, and hands-on knowledge of production processes to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive manufacturing experience, including leadership in battery manufacturing or similar.
• Hands-on knowledge of lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned Megaline production areas: electrode fabrication, cell assembly, formation, aging, testing, and final processing.
• Drive targets for safety, quality, yield (≥80%), OEE (≥80%), cost, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Lead and develop Area Supervisors, Operators, Technicians, and Shipping personnel; set staffing and training plans.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in throughput, yield, scrap, downtime, and OEE.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and process controls.
