Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production personnel responsible for the assembly of battery packs.
• Ensure production processes meet quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel to meet production targets.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures and inspect finished products.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and deviations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe environment.
