Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking an entry-level Technician, Apprentice to coordinate and perform routine Planned Maintenance Services and diagnose and repair batteries, chargers, and battery handling equipment. This role typically reports to a Service Manager or Lead Technician and has no direct reports.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem solving, communication, and safety awareness. Domestic travel to various branches or sites is expected; DOT requirements may apply and a background check/drug

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certification from a technical school focused on electrical, mechanical repair or battery maintenance preferred.
• Associate degree from a two-year college or university, preferred or equivalent experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen; DOT may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned maintenance activities including inspections and calibrations.
• Diagnose and repair batteries, chargers, and battery handling equipment.
• Assist with installations, removals, and on-site service at customer sites.
• Maintain accurate service orders, timecards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales and other teams.
