The ideal candidate will conduct root cause analyses and implement quality improvements while maintaining a lessons learned database. Formación

• Understand the structure and functional principles of lithium-ion batteries and power battery systems.
• Familiar with standard problem-solving tools such as 8D, FTA, HCA, and 5Why.
• Hi-Voltage battery system handling certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct root cause and failure analysis of defective products.
• Promote and follow up on quality improvement measures.
• Update and maintain lessons learned database based on clients’ complaints.

Conocimientos

Understanding of lithium-ion batteries and power battery systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Data analysis capabilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educación

Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, chemistry or materials science

Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)

FTIR (Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy)

ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy)
