Associer Intl seeks an experienced Failure Analysis Engineer to join our global energy tech team in the United States. Lead fault-analysis for lithium battery systems and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Apply 8D, FTA, fishbone and 5WHY methodologies; build a robust verification plan and drive improvement actions with customers. A Bachelor’s degree in electronics/materials/machinery is required, with 3+ years FA or 1+ year BMS experience.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or above in electronics, materials or machinery.
• 3+ years FA experience or 1 year BMS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lithium battery and power battery systems, and related manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with FTA, fishbone diagram, and 5WHY methods.
• Proficient in CATIA and drawing software; able to identify 3D drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Form an FA team and count fault information; establish a failure analysis team.
• Perform failure cause analysis using 8D logic, FTA, fishbone diagram, 5WHY and related methods.
• Improve overall planning of meetings; convene team members and refine verification plans.
• Follow up the implementation of improvement measures and verify effects.
• Output 8D report and share lessons learned; close the loop with corrective actions.
• Coordinate resources related to the analysis process.
• Report findings to customers as required.
