Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of BMS development work experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic circuits, including basic circuit theory and operating principles.
• Fundamental problem-solving skills related to electrical and electronic components and systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize and streamline processes/procedures
• Create instruction and diagnostic manuals
• Derive the root cause through on-site investigation, lab testing and tear‑down analysis
• Analyze structural and design safety risks of automobile & battery system
• Analyze the cause of defect through precision analysis equipment
• Conduct a reproducibility experiment to verify the probable cause of a field issue
• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
• Perform other duties as assigned
