Job summary
Panasonic Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in the electrode - cathode area. You will plan production schedules, manage materials, equipment and staff to meet safety, quality, and cost targets while maximizing throughput.

Qualifications
- High-volume manufacturing experience strongly desired
- Lean and 5S knowledge beneficial
- Good communicator with strong problem solving and people skills
- English proficiency required and ability to read and follow procedures
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process
- Achieve and monitor KPI’s (Safety, Financial, Production, Quality)
- Develop and implement process improvements and Kaizen events
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
- Maintain and enforce safety policies and procedures
