Clear Choice Remodeling in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Production Manager - Bath to lead our bathroom remodeling operations from demolition through completion. This hands-on leadership role requires deep practical knowledge of installation processes and a commitment to quality.

You will manage projects, coordinate schedules, mentor install crews, perform site visits, ensure safety, and keep projects on time and on budget while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct, hands-on bathroom remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of bath and shower replacement systems, waterproofing, framing, drywall, plumbing coordination, and finish work.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Experience reading measurements, scopes of work, and installation specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and project timelines.
• Support and mentor bath installation crews to ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct job site visits and inspections to maintain company standards.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, installation teams, and company leadership.
