Clear Choice Remodeling in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Production Manager - Bath to lead and support our bathroom remodeling operations. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning from demolition through final completion, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will manage project schedules, coordinate materials, mentor installation crews, and perform site visits to uphold safety standards and company guidelines, while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on bathroom remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of bath/shower replacement systems, waterproofing, framing, drywall, and plumbing coordination.
• Ability to identify and resolve field installation issues.
• Experience reading measurements and installation specs.
• Leadership ability to guide crews and maintain high standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
