Job summary

Clear Choice Remodeling is seeking an experienced Production Manager - Bath to lead and support our bathroom remodeling operations. This hands-on leadership role covers the entire installation process from demolition through final completion, guiding crews and coordinating timelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on bathroom remodeling experience, strong knowledge of bath/shower systems, waterproofing, framing, and plumbing coordination, plus proven organizational and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct, hands-on bathroom remodeling experience.
• Knowledge of bath/shower replacement systems, waterproofing, framing, drywall, plumbing coordination, finish work.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Experience reading measurements, scopes of work, and installation specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and project timelines.
• Support and mentor bath installation crews to ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct job site visits and inspections to maintain company standards.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, installation teams, and company leadership.
• Maintain safety standards and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
