Job summary

Clear Choice Remodeling in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Production Manager - Bath to lead and support our bathroom remodeling operations. This is a hands-on leadership role covering demolition through final completion.

You will manage residential bathroom remodeling projects, coordinate installation schedules and materials, mentor bath installation crews, conduct site visits, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction with strong leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on bathroom remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of bath/shower replacement systems, waterproofing, framing, drywall, plumbing coordination, and finish work.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Experience reading measurements, scopes of work, and installation specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead crews and earn respect through industry knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and project timelines.
• Support and mentor bath installation crews to ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct job site visits and inspections to maintain company standards.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, installation teams, and company leadership.
